manual suggestion

Subject: manual suggestion

I have found that setting man_MAN to a variable will cause no man pages to be
installed.  It has to be a list of literals.  However you can set individual
sections (like man1_MAN) to use variables and it will work fine.

Including this in the manual would be very helpful.
