WHY? Don't fixed bugs in improved support matter? If based on history
(2.9.1) we will live with 2.10 for 2 years before the next release. To
quote one of the Binutils maintainers:
"2.9.1 is quite broken for anything other than straight assembly of
gcc output, and I sympathise with anyone forced to work with it."
