Fix for calling backend reloc functions


Hi,

This has been done in some functions, but it's still forgotten in
others.

	* elflink.h (elf_link_adjust_relocs): Check for and call backend
	specifific swap relocation function if available.
	(elf_link_output_relocs): Likewise.
	(elf_reloc_link_order): Likewise.
