bfd/config.bfd: Add vectors for ia64-*-aix*
bfd/configure: Regenerate.
bfd/configure.host: Recognize ia64-*-aix*.
bfd/configure.in: Add objects for elf64_ia64_aix vectors.
bfd/elfxx-ia64.c: Add hooks for ELF64 on AIX5. Define new vectors for
AIX. AIX5 requires most relocations to be dynamic (somewhat similar to
share libraries).
bfd/targets.c: Add elf64_ia64_aix vectors.
