Debian unstable has gcc-3.0-sparc64, libc6-dev-sparc64 (the normal
binutils supports elf64_sparc). You can probably alien the .deb's for
redhat usage:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gcc-3.0/
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/glibc/
Look for the *_sparc.deb's.
