While not explicitly documented in the manuals ssnop was available in R8000
and beyond, so preceeds MIPS32 by almost half a decade. I have no idea
why but ssnop is definately part of MIPS IV though not documented. As
such adding ssnop as a MIPS32 instruction is somewhat incorrect.
