binutils-all/windres/bmp1.bmp is a binary file. When I did
# cvs rdiff
I got
cvs server: failed to read diff file header /tmp/cvsRkXoyg for bmp1.bmp,v: end of file
Shouldn't we uuencode it and uudeocde before the test is run?
