Delete bfd_mach_*_intel_syntax?

Hello,

GDB recently zapped its (somewhat bogus) use of 
bfd_mach_i386_intel_syntax.  With that gone, is that machine type even 
needed?  Grubbing through the sources, I can find a few things testing 
it but nothing actually using it?

As an asside, someone should probably fix the i386 target to parse 
--disassembler-options.
