[PATCH] Update config.guess and config.sub to 2002-05-22

Subject: [PATCH] Update config.guess and config.sub to 2002-05-22
Organization: Wasabi Systems, Inc.

This updates the top-level config.guess and config.sub to the
2002-05-22, which includes support for armeb-netbsdelf.

Checked in as an obvious fix.

	* config.guess: Update to 2002-05-22 version.
	* config.sub: Likewise.
