Subject: PATCH: Update gas/mips/branch-misc-2.d

Hi Chris,

I believe it is ok to have R_MIPS_PC16 for gas/mips/branch-misc-2.s.
The problem is the mips gas doesn't generate the right addend for
R_MIPS_PC16. My hack:

seems to fix it. I'd like to modify gas/mips/branch-misc-2.d to allow
R_MIPS_PC16.
