I had a CVS crash while doing a commit, and appear to have ended up
with a not-quite-right repository state:
/home/klee/source/cygnus.cygnus/bfd
[klee@gdbsux bfd]$ cvs update ChangeLog
cvs [server aborted]: head attribute does not match file for
`/cvs/src/src/bfd/ChangeLog,v'
