Fix C++ demangler in libiberty?

There are 2 C++ demanglers, one in libiberty and the other in libstdc++.
Unfortunately the one in libiberty doesn't work right with the current
gcc:

The demangler in libstdc++ works correctly. What is the plan to fix
the C++ demangler in libiberty?
