Based off of a quick glance they aren't looking too bad so far. This is
the right approach (having the 32-bit stuff in the elf32-mips.c file)
and handling the new relocation you wanted in the file as well. You'll
likely need to conditionalize this a little better, but I think the
general approach is going the right direction. One thing that we'll need
first, really, is a paper describing the abi that you are trying to
implement.
