Re: Updated config.guess and config.sub

The attached patch fixes the sub-configuration for binutils, making it
support the c4x target properly (according to the top-level changes in
config.sub). Permission to check in, please?
Joel: These config changes including this patch will address binutils
HEAD and gcc HEAD. This means that it wont be included in any official
release until binutils-2.15 and gcc-3.4. Would you think that it is
important to push on to the binutils-2.14.1 and gcc-3.3.1 releases?
Because if it is, I need to push on getting the config patches included
in the binutils-2_14-branch and gcc-3_3-branch.
