Hello, I've sent a similar message to the binutils mailing list a couple of times so far but never received a response. Unless I am not understanding something correctly, I believe the behavior of 'ld -R' is not always consistent with what it is supposed to do. This time I'm attaching some source that exhibits the possible bug. I've observed this for: $ ld --version GNU ld version 2.12.90.0.1 20020307 Debian/GNU Linux Thanks for any help, Kristis
