Binutils 2.15 prerelease available

Subject: Binutils 2.15 prerelease available

At:
  ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/binutils/snapshots/binutils-2.14.91.tar.bz2

I've only verified that it builds with --enable-targets=all, and passes
tests on i386-pc-linux-gnu.  Please test this snapshot; with luck a final
2.15 release will be made in the next two weeks.
