I'm sorry, that is not good enough.  All messages sent to this mailing
list are archived on sources.redhat.com and are made available on the
web.  For example, the very message to which I am replying can be
found at
    http://sources.redhat.com/ml/binutils/2004-04/msg00295.html
In other words, through the actions of the sources.redhat.com
maintainers (of who I am one), your message can now be read by people
who do not subscribe to the mailing list.  This violates your
disclaimer.

In any case, you can't withhold permission with the left hand and then
grant it with the right hand.  And note that the disclaimer is from
HCL Technologies, and we can't know whether you are authorized by them
to grant this sort of permission.  If you are in fact authorized, then
you should simply remove the disclaimer when sending e-mail to
sources.redhat.com.
