Subject: Fix compile time warning building ldlex.c

Hi Guys,

  I am applying the patch below to fix the last compile time warning.
  This one is in ldlex.c which contains a definition of the function
  yy_unput() even though this function is not used.

	* ldlex.l (YY_NO_UNPUT): Define so that the yy_unput function is
	not declared.  It is not used and its presence causes a compile
	time warning.
