More ISO-C and formatting fixes for bfd.

Subject: More ISO-C and formatting fixes for bfd.

Hi Guys,

  I am checking in another round of formatting fixes and ISO-C90
  upgrades for files in the bfd directory.  The compressed patch is
  over 100K however, so I am not going to spam the list with it.  If
  anyone wants a copy please let me know.

  I am have built and tested this patch with loads of toolchains and
  found no regressions.
