Add myself as maintainer for z80 (was: Re: Revised: [patch] add z80support to ld)

I was indeed trying to get the assembler compatible with other
assemblers. I shall try to achieve the functionality in the
rejected patch in a way that keeps gas/expr.c cleaner and
propose some patches later.
