libtool.m4 differs

- Subject: libtool.m4 differs
How come the libtool.m4 file differs between the version that's in
binutils cvs HEAD and gcc svn HEAD? Basically, the difference is
between saying aix4 | aix5 and just aix[4-9]. It's a trivial
difference; I'm just more curious why they aren't in synch.
