Hello,

I have build the cr16-elf binutils tools with below sources and ran tests.
Here is gas tests summary:

gas/testsuite/gas/all/redef.s:9: Error: redefined symbol cannot be used on reloc

There is  one unexpected failure with 2.18.90 tools. Reason for failure is, 
there check added in gas/write.c file. I guess, I need to add the above
failed test case as expected failures list for cr16 target.
