Hi Nathan,
This patch changes arm's code alignment to use architectural nop
instructions, when available. For thumb2 we generate 4 byte nops when
possible, rather than pairs of 2-byte nops.
tested for arm-eabi.
Please could you test an arm-elf toolchain as well, just to make sure.
Assuming that this passes OK then the patch is approved.
