I don't know a script, but GNU indent (with the right options) should help
convert code to approximately following the formatting requirements (it
may not handle all code perfectly, and may change some things where the
GCS don't specify particular details and a particular project could have a
different local convention). At least for initial cleanup of code
formatting (in new files, not changes to existing ones) it may be useful.
