[gold][patch] Use the reader classes in incremental-dump


The attached patch changes incremental-dump.cc to use the reader
classes. This is a step in making it work with objects from different
hosts.

	* incremental-dump.cc (dump_incremental_inputs): New.
	(main): Use dump_incremental_inputs.
