[GOLD][PATCH] Avoid calling Output_section::output_address in arm.cc.

Subject: [GOLD][PATCH] Avoid calling Output_section::output_address in arm.cc.

Hi,

     This patch add code to compute the output addresses for text
sections in relaxation.  Since we do not have merged text sections,
we can avoid calling Output_section::output_address, which can be very
slow for a large output.
