[Patch]: Improve readelf for ia64/OpenVMS

Hi,

IA64 OpenVMS uses ELF but with many particularities. This patch makes readelf dumps most of them if the object file is an IA64/OpenVMS file.

No regression on ia64/Linux.

Ok to commit ?

Tristan.
