Re: C6X build attributes support


When I wrote this patch 
<http://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2010-06/msg00234.html> I forgot to add 
documentation for the new directive.  I've now committed this followup to 
add that missing documentation (substantially the same as that for the 
similar ARM directive).
