Yes, I meant 2.21.51.
This is the version number that I see from the source tree I pulled. (I 
think it's in one of the config.h files after the build)
I don't think it's hjlu's branch or anything.

Will there be future releases of 2.21?
If not, I won't bother to submit patches for it.
