	* ld/configure.ac: Add --enable-default-relro switch.
	* ld/emultempl/elf32.em: Handle ENABLE_DEFAULT_RELRO.
	* ld/testsuite/config/default.exp: Disable RELRO.
	* ld/testsuite/ld-bootstrap/bootstrap.exp: Disable RELRO.
	* ld/config.in: Regenerate.
	* ld/configure: Regenerate.
