I knew I had forgotten something. Yes, I am using the latest versions of

All of the source files do not have any patches applied to them at
compile time. They are unmodified and as provided by each project.

TI linker scripts and header files are obtained directly from TI from
their gcc support files package [1] and contain a modification as
indicated by Nick Clifton at [2].
