1: don't show suffixes for to-scalar-int conversion insns
2: fold to-scalar-int conversion insns
3: convert broadcast insn attribute to boolean
4: drop VecESize
Patches 1 and 2 are the split result of a re-worked single v1 patch.
Patches 3 and 4 were already approved and are included here just
for completeness (they needed re-basing for contextual changes
caused by the earlier two patches).
