If you can get wiggler specs from device manufacturer it 
is not that complicated to write GDB target. I am interested 
to do it - I have mpc860 based board and I was going to do it
anyway, the only thing which was missing was manufacturer research

I am currently using BDM for m68K under linux, however, as far as I heard
mpc860 BDM is significantly different.
