Hello Richard.

Does anyone know of a Z80 cross compile port of GCC?

A clone of Z80 (instruction set has some minor extensions) is used
in GameBoy thus you could use Game Boy Development Kit
(GBDK).

GCC is best suited for processors with 32 bit registers that can
address 8 bit data making it a second choice for Z80 development.
