Guys:

First, thanks very much to everyone for their help in selecting the
appropriate license for my gdbstubs package.

I'm gonna go with CEPL.

I'll try to get the COPYING file updated to reflect this asap.  After
spending a week out of town, though, I'm really backlogged.
