>Do I have to copy all the exec above mentioned in to the >/usr/local/bin... Yes, kind of! But you need not do it manually; the install is done by the makefile. When you built binutils, you said 'make all'; that only builds but does not install. Just change into the /tmp/build/binutils directory again and say 'make install'. Until the binutils are installed, gcc cannot find them when it is building it's own libraries (which are for the target, and so need to use the cross binutils, and so those cross binutils must be installed and in your path so gcc can find them).
