Is there a debugger support cross-debug?

Maybe this question is not suitable in here.
I want to know is there a debugger supports
debugging m68k programs in source level ?
The gdb maybe does not support it.
I want to debug m68k programs on a sparc-sun-solaris2.6
workstation in source level .
If a debugger support it , I can use gcc,gas and gld to generate
code in the workstation target for m68k and use the debugger
to debug it.
Does it work ?
Maybe it is very strange, :-)

Any advice is appreciated.
Best Regards.
