Thanks to Jeff and Mike who got me out of my last cross-build slump. Here is my last newbie (I'm turning into a veteran, quick!) question. I managed to get a "pass 1" gcc cross-compiler built. Now I'm using to build glibc-2.2.4, after which I'll rebuild gcc. I'm getting boatloads of this message during the glibc build: gcc: file path prefix '<blah blah>' never used What's up with this? Serious error? Or is it just telling me that the -B option to gcc is superfluous because of my PATH value? TIA(again), --Jim-- ------ Want more information?
