had a port that sounded like it was coming along.  I have the patches,
I will send them to you.  (I'll send them to anyone, just ask.)

The problem is, if he doesn't have paper work and dropped of the face
of the earth, you will have to reinvent the world.  If he filed paper
work, or if you can get in touch with him and get him to, it may be
more productive to start with what he had.  Others can find out if he
filed the paperwork for the patches, hopefully they will reply to this
message.
