target-libio and target-libstdc++, and we've got the libiberty source

  Well m68k-elf is kinda new isn't it?  There's a lot of m68k-coff around
but elf tends to be associated with modern 32bit systems with dynamic 
linking and so forth.  It may well be the case that it was never or hardly
ever tried before.
