Gordon: I built a complete sh-elf toolchain under Cygwin last week. Have a look at the crossgcc wiki, which I just updated earlier today. It's at billgatliff.com, see the ToolSetup procedure. I also have an arm-elf tutorial there, in the "articles" section that also works under Cygwin. HTH, b.g.
