arm-wince-pe: ARM simulator

Hello crossgcc/gdb:

Thanks to many souls on various mailing lists, we now have a fully
operational gcc-3.2/binutils-2.13.90 toolchain for arm-wince-pe,
hosted on x86linux. Our sincere thanks go to everyone who helped us
get GCC/binutils working.

Now that things are working pretty well, I am ready for some
more pain. In particular, it has become clear to us that it would
be very nice to be able to run simple test programs under the
ARM simulator within GDB. We are currently compiling with "-march=armv4".
Is it possible for us to use the ARM simulator for debugging *simple*
programs compiled for armv4? This would be a big help to us. Please advise,
and if possible provide relevant configuration instructions/tips.

TIA,
craig vanderborgh
