Guys:
I'm trying to run a "hello, world!" on ppc-elf-sim, without success:
[bgat@mars ]$ ppc-elf-gcc -o hello hello.c -lc -lsim /home/bgat/install/bin/../lib/gcc-lib/ppc-elf/3.2.3/../../../../ppc-elf/bin /ld: warning: cannot find entry symbol _start; defaulting to 01800074 [bgat@mars]$ ppc-elf-run hello Hello, world! hello: Caught signal 11 at address 0x0
The undefined reference to _start concerns me, as does the (apparent) need to specify -lc on the command line.
Any suggestions? I think I'm just missing something stupid, it's late...
ppc-elf-gcc -msim -o hello hello.c
Regards,.
