JTAG Pod?

Subject: JTAG Pod?

Has anyone here used a JTAG "Pod" like the BDI2000 or Macraigor "Raven"? Which one would you recommend?

(I want hardware/software that supports GDB, of course - and I'd like to be able to flash etc. as well as debug.)
