Good thing Kai's around to explain stuff like this.
Despite having written one of the more popular
cross gcc build scripts, I still have no idea
what --with-headers does.  I'd sure love to
drive a stake through the heart of fixinc,
so if leaving off --with-headers is the way to
do that, I'll probably try it someday.
