gcc-4.0 ICE building glibc-2.3* for m68k

The crosstool build matrix

shows that
gcc-4.0 has an ICE when building glibc for m68k.

I think it's targeted to be fixed in gcc-4.1.

If somebody needs a gcc-4.0/glibc toolchain for m68k, it probably
wouldn't be too hard to write a temporary workaround patch
for glibc.  It's not something I'm going to do, though.
Alternately, glibc-2.2.5 might build ok; I was able
to build that with gcc-4.0.  Hmm, guess I should add
that to the build matrix for the next release.
