glibc-2.4 changes


glibc-2.4's going to be a radical beast.
Let's see:
 * only supports building with recent gcc (maybe as strict as gcc-4.0, not sure)
   judging by the changes they made to get it to build with gcc-4.0
 * all non-desktop CPUs moved to unsupported 'ports' addon
 * linuxthreads obsoleted and moved to unsupported 'ports' addon; NPTL all the way

I have a funny feeling they're telling everyone
doing embedded development to go use uclibc,
and stop bothering them with patches...
