I have successfully used crosstool 0.38 for building gcc 3.4.4, glibc 2.3.5. And I am using kernel 2.6.14 with AT91RM9200 for 3 months. I have applied patch from maxim.org.za. Most peripherasl were ok, but some we had to debug drivers. Now works perfectly.
