no need for llc-2.6.11.2

  i notice that a number of the .dat files in ct-0.40 refer to
linux-libc-headers-2.6.11.2.  that version of llc requires a single
patch that is already incorporated into llc-2.6.12.0 and has been for
quite some time.

  all references to llc should be updated to 2.6.12.0, which requires
no patch at all.
