gcc-4.1.1 is added to crosstool-0.42

Hi,

We added gcc-4.1.1 to crosstool-0.42. We also added gdb-6.5. The
crosstool can be found in

http://code.google.com/p/crosstool/

Here is the command to checkout crosstool

svn checkout http://crosstool.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ crosstool

Please try it and let us know if there is any problem.
